No not necessarily. But the foods that you consume on this weight loss program could help ease anxiety. I tried this weight loss program and will honestly say that I lost 3 kgs after 3 weeks. There are lots of smoothies and spinach and a variety of recipes. There are also lite exercises for women as well. I continued for 3 months then gave up and went back to eating forbidden foods. Yes I confess my sins.. lol! And I gained so much more weight as a result. Again not the programs fault.
